myCricket Undergoes A Full Redesign
In response to AT&T's newly introduced enhanced accessibility standards, a comprehensive overhaul of the myCricket app became imperative to meet the increasing demands for accessibility and to provide a modernized experience for our customers. As the team lead during this transformative redesign process, I played a pivotal role in guiding and educating new team members on the intricacies of self-service applications, mobile design standards, and user experience best practices. Moreover, I ensured that our efforts were closely aligned with the overall business objectives, resulting in an inclusive, user-friendly, and future-proofed mobile application.
