Cricket SMS Migration Campaign

Designed a responsive landing page to enable our business units to target customers to switch over to the new network during the Cricket merger with Aio Wireless. The landing pages successfully helped 85% of our customers switch over with ease.

 If you’ve made it this far, you have continued to prove the point that users in fact actually do scroll.  At the time we were currently battling the sentiment that users did not scroll, despite social media power houses that engaged users with infinite scrolls. We provided engaging and compelling content that convinced customers to switch to the new Cricket despite all the other major carriers we competed with at the time. The 85% take rate didn’t hurt either.
